S45C 合金圆钢
JIS S45C · AISI 1045 · DIN C45 (1.0503)
S45C 是按 JIS G4051 分类的中碳结构钢，已作为基础工程材料使用了一个多世纪。0.45% 的碳含量使其处于强度、韧性和可加工性综合平衡的最佳区间——硬度足以进行表面淬硬满足耐磨要求，同时韧性足以承受结构和动态载荷，而无需合金钢的复杂性。

材料性能
正火状态下，S45C 抗拉强度约 570–700 MPa，延性良好。调质后抗拉强度升至 700–900 MPa。正火或退火状态下可加工性在工程钢中属于最优。适当预热（截面 >25 mm 需 ≥100°C）后可焊接，表面感应淬硬至 55–60 HRC 可满足轴颈、凸轮等耐磨表面的使用要求。
该钢种与 AISI 1045 和 DIN C45 直接对应，具有全球认可度，可完全替换使用任一标准进行的设计。它可能是印度尼西亚制造业生产中最常用的非合金机械用钢。
S45C 圆钢以热轧或正火状态供货。
