- Band Saw Cutting — Max section: ~400 mm diameter / 400 × 400 mm square. Min cut length: 10 mm. Kerf: ~2 mm typical.
- Circular Saw Cutting — Max section: ~250 mm diameter / 250 × 250 mm square. Excellent squareness tolerance. Kerf: ~3–4 mm.
- Dimensional Accuracy — Standard tolerance: ±0.5 mm. Tight tolerance: ±0.2 mm (on request, may affect lead time).

CNC PrecisionCNC Milling & Surface Grinding for Precision Steel Components
- CNC Milling — Max workpiece: enquire for current machine envelope. Typical tolerance: ±0.05 mm general, ±0.01 mm on request for critical dimensions. Surface finish: Ra 0.8–3.2 µm typical.
- Surface Grinding — Typical flatness: 0.01–0.05 mm per 300 mm. Typical parallelism: 0.01–0.02 mm. Surface finish: Ra 0.2–0.8 µm standard. Tight finishes to Ra 0.05 µm available.
- Material Range — Hardness capability: annealed grades (≤230 HB) and pre-hardened grades (up to ~43 HRC). Fully hardened tool steel (>55 HRC) is handled by grinding only.
